How lucky we are, in North Wales, to be surrounded by such a bounty of tasty produce! Our menus change regularly, to embrace what’s good and fresh. Our esteemed chefs work closely with a team of terrific local suppliers and producers, including the award-winning Edwards of Conwy (Best Butcher in Wales – True Taste Awards 2012/13).
Where possible, all our meat and dairy produce come from close to home – including Welsh lamb from the Conwy Valley, pheasant and game from nearby estates, fine Welsh beef, and of course fresh seafood from the waters around Anglesey and Conwy.
If you stop by for a stay or a bite to eat, be sure to try our own Groes Ale – a light, refreshing pale ale with a hint of citrus – and tuck into our scrummy ‘Groesmade’ ice cream for afters.
